Need a leaf picture and do they bloom-white, pink?
From what I can see the leaf looks long and slender not sure. The trunk looks like oleander.
It does look very nice

If it looks like this, it's oleander. And if it is, I have to say that is the best looking oleander hedge I have ever seen. That takes some serious maintenance; oleander is horribly messy left to its own devices.

Yup, with the closer pic I agree it's oleander, and like everyone said, that's one of the best-looking, most interesting, and labor-intensive oleander hedges I've seen. I love seeing the multiple trunks/branches down low. Nice 'Valentine' emu bushes in the foreground too. Thanks for the pics, happy gardening!
