It looks like a Chilopsis linearis commonly called Desert Willow.

Nice Joey, nice. Was this recently? (Desert willows don't have leaves yet, so knowing what time of year the pic was taken helps)

I think this small "tree" is really a very large "bush" trained as a nice mini tree, and I love it. It sure looks like 'Pink Beauty' Eremophila to me (Eremophila laanii). They can easily get to 6, 7 or 8 feet tall and if their lower limbs are trimmed away, they do develop a nice small tree shape. If you post a super close up of the blooms we'll know for sure, but it sure looks right, and that species of Eremophila (emu bush) is blooming right now. I'll attach a pic of some that are NOT trimmed, so visualize cutting off the lower branches of these. Let us know what you think. Happy gardening! Grant

It was taken two days ago. I have a Desert Willow and mine does not have leaves.

I have two tiny Chitalpa trees that look like that & they're putting out leaves.

My Desert Willow does have leaves right now but no flowers although, I wasn't sure when the picture was taken :)
