My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WANTED: any variegated clumping bamboo hardy in zone 8B

I have many many tropical plants and other plants to trade for bamboo. Please check my list.

I regret that I cannot trade any plants with people who live in California or Arizona, and some plants may not be able to be traded to LA and TX. Those are on a "plant by plant" basis.
