Presumably you are aware that most clumpers can not survive zone 7. A few can, but you need to confirm the characteristics before getting any old clumper.

I will give you a Yushania Anceps division if you want. The dividing occurred about one month or so ago. The plant is not very healthy however there is a somewhat decent chance it could survive. Y. Anceps is listed as being cold tolerant to about 0-5F however some damage could occur at 10F until it develops somewhat.

Y. Anceps does not like high temps or excessive exposure to light so it would probably be best to keep it in cool or cold area until it becomes healthier. Y. Anceps is usually considered a clumping bamboo however it does spread a fair amount (some say close to 20ft). I am eager to give the plant away since it seems to recently be losing its health although it was doing ok until a few days ago.
