I planted 3 evergreen Rhododendrons this year. They are on the north side of house and east garden with mainly deciduous trees nearby so I'm thinking I better put some burlap screens up since they will get some sun and wind exposure in winter.

At what point do I do this? How cold would it be getting at that point?
