The bloom scape has three blooms. Like most papilio crosses it has about ten babies. Should be fantastic as a clump.

May I join the group in complimenting you on your puniceum x papilio cross!! When did you make this cross and how many years did it take to bloom?

Also, I just love your Santos' leaves; they are striking when grown outside in the sun!! Did you happen to take a picture of the flowers?

Hi Donna,
The Santos has not bloomed yet. It has a large scape and should be in bloom soon. I will take a picture of it. I just love the foliage. It is more that just a white stripe down the center. The puniceum x papilio cross was purchased last year on eBay so I can't claim the hybridizing of it. Last year it bloomed completely different so I suspect that I have two different plants from that cross. Here is puniceum x papilio last year.
