What's wrong with my banana?

16 years ago

I've noticed these things in the leaves of my banana plant. I though it would be from the very cold and wet weather we had a couple of weeks ago (down to low 40's and rain all week). Would it be too much water? I hope it's not fungal. What do you guys think? Should I cut the bad part of the leaves off? Or the whole leaf?
