What are these two plants?

I'm certain I did not plant these plants. They just grew and are doing well in full sun too !

This is the other one it's about 1 ft away from the other one. They are next to my ghost pepper plant.

Mesquite? Palo Verde? Ironwood? Cassia? Mimosa?

They all look alike at that stage

And they'll grow into noxious, thorny, spindly plants that I doubt you'll want. They pop up frequently in my yard.

Wow! I certainly hope they are not trees in my pepper garden. Can I sell them if they are trees?

It takes years for them to get to a salable size.

Definitely some kind of desert tree, like a mesquite or palo verde like the others folks suggested. Let us know what you do with them. I get TONS of seedlings of palo verdes, mesquites and Texas ebony in my garden (along with oleanders and hop seed). Happy gardening!
