not going to use it lol

I used milorganite last year per Bocajoe's instructions. Had wonderful results. I picked up 4 bags this spring at the local Fredericksburg HD, but also saw it in the Fredericksburg Lowes this past weekend.

Consider yourself fortunate if you have been unable to find Milorganite, which is Milwaukee, Wisconsin's Class A sewage sludge "biosolids". All sludge biosolids contain large quantities of toxic industrial wastes.

In the summer of 2007, ,Milwaukee, had to spend over $4 million to scrape tons of Class A sewage sludge "Milorganite" off 30 public parks and playgrounds because it was contaminated with toxic, carcinogenic PCBs (polychloride biphenyl ethers). Some PCB levels in the sludge exceeded EPA superfund limits and had to be disposed of at great expense in an EPA-licensed hazardous waste landfill. Between 2007 and 2009, PCBs in Milwaukee sewers have caused 3 more incidents of PCB contamination of its Class A sewage "biosolids" Milorganite. Industrial dumping was named as the source of the PCBs in sewers.

On February 22, 2010, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel revealed that Milwaukee sludge containing up to 1100 parts per million of toxic lead was spread on Wisconsin farm fields. It is unclear whether any of the lead contaminated sludge also ended up in the Class A Milorganite sludge. It is particularly risky to use sludge biosolids as "fertilizer" for grains, animal fodders and home vegetable gardens. Plants take up sludge pollutants:

I have been using it on my lawn here in Canada also, only one place carries it in the country. I plan to use it on my castor bean plant, hostas, brugmansia and bananas

So where in Canada is it sold?

Isn't it basically human waste?
