Those are very large fixed windows? Who is the manufacturer? Is that insulated and tempered?

    These large fixed windows can be by an array of manufacturers. They are known as storefront windows or curtainwall depending on the height. They can be impact rated, insulated, impact insulated or just tempered depending on the geographical location and the building codes. I work for a contractor that provides this type of window for commercial and residential uses.
