I believe you have it misspelled. However, I cannot find it in my notes or bookmarks. I think 'dispersol' is a detergent applied to your soil with the intent of making it more friable and therefor more penetrable by water and air. Since I can't find my references to it I cannot be sure.

Disper-sul. I did misspell it. It's a soil acidifer.

Soil sulfur will lower the pH of the soil. It will have no effect on leaf burn which is usually too much salt in the soil.

If you are looking for fertilizer, soil sulfur is likely a better long term solution as the nutrients in your soil are likely adequate, just locked up by high pH and unavailable to the plants. If the problem is serious then an application of a chelated form of the deficient element combined with soil sulfur should snap it out and keep it healthy.

If you are combating leaf burn then solutions are change watering habits to deep irrigation (most helpful), heavy mulch (long term), adding finished compost to surface, and applying gypsum made for removing sodium from the soil (by substituting another salt, calcium).

Overwatering can also cause leaf burn symptoms (though usually wilting instead) by rotting the roots out.

Gardener's World on Baseline, Phx carries it. I've never used it before but am interested myself. I don't know about a Tucson source, sorry.

From what I've read, sulfur or acids won't lower the pH of the soil until all of the lime has been neutralized, which would take huge amounts of sulfur or acid in our limestone salty soils. Better to add lots of organic matter with the sulfur.
