I opened the greenhouse door today when I got home.... And it was a crime scene. I don't know if it was a Hippi murder-suicide or ___!
There were H. Red Nymph buds all over the floor...and the huge H. Bouquet scape was broken and had fallen forward. Did H. Bouquet jump and H. Red Nymph was collatoral damage? Did the rouge lizards launch off the scape (snapping it) onto the buds, causing them to break off and fly across the floor?
The H. Bouquet scape is on life support, but the H. Red Nymph buds are a total loss....and they had their whole blooming life ahead of them!!! Oh, it was sad!!!ðÂÂÂ¥
On a side note, I had to put up the shade cloths today...beautiful sunny and clear day, which translated to temperatures over 100 in the GH.
