I don't know how many seedlings I have which are obviously not what I have written on the label, and I'm always surprised how easy it is to lose track of the identities for various reasons. I agree - it's a very pleasant appearance, so enjoy it for what it is

To me it is very pleasing and you know parentage means nothing to me.

I remember going to visit Mrs. Spalding who was a legend in the daylily world. I asked her why she did not keep track of her crosses. Her answer was why do it. No one can duplicate the same daylily even if they made the same cross. I guess the plant is worth more than knowing the cross.
