I was looking to maybe try planting them again and see if I can winter them over. Since for the past 3-4 years, my plants end up not making it.

Yes i have mulched and wraped in plastic.

My question is... They have 4-6 in Plugs

What are these? Are they just baby plants? Or what?

I think this is what I have gotten in the past. One year I did dig them up and winter them inside...and replanted in the spring...The plants took off!!!! but when I "wintered them over" this spring there was nothing.

Would I be better off not wasting my money on these and trying and getting some bigger plants?
