I have "Little Prince" (Dwarf Novak I believe)
I have heard of TRULY TINY.
I also have twenty other Musa Species and Little Prince is by far the worst.
Slow growth, cramped leaves, small uninteresting leaves, no chance of any fruit or flower, extremely tender.
The ONLY thing that I believe that it has going for it is that it remains incredibly small.
For me it just does not look right for a banana, plants that can be majestic and beautiful.
It pups fairly readily, but they stay small.
Get Basjoo or Velutina or Dwarf Orinoco, there are hundreds better than this little plant.
Misi Luki will reward your attention with startling growth, Little Prince just sulks.....

I couldn't agree more with Yendis.
These extreme dwarf musas don't resemble anything like a majestic banana-plant. They are definately full of problems, compared to most other species/cultivars. And sorry, in my opinion they look like crap too.

I agree with you both. Little Prince made it through the winter. That's about the nicest thing I can say for it. The pups are weak and often die, it's very picky about where it lives, weak growth, easy die-off. There are too many choices out there to get this dud.
