Is the soil dry before you water?

not always was going to water this morning and it was moist under the mulch so I held off. try to post picture but for some reason every time it says to big 40k limit working on figuring that out,thanks for your help

I only water mine every other day or three. It's been in the hundreds here and their doing fine.

Wow, how long ago did you plant it? Yes, maybe to much water.

hey tey I was thinking to much water at first but I left home for three weeks and It only had rain.this plant has been in the ground maybe two months.it gets very intense sun all day I feel like this could be a problem.will the red color stay with the apple or will it loose it when it gets bigger thanks for your help.

Tey- I agree! When my husband saw that, he said, no way!
We have tons of apple bananas and they don't look like that. That has way too much red on the leaves. I doubt that is a Manzana banana.
It is pretty though.

hey out there I have been gone from home so much just got back late thursday night and well here I go again will be gone 8 or nine days posted some pictures on bananas.org of the little red plant,they also think not a apple.Its funny that I was worried about the plant at first but now its turned into a plant I.D. thing.The plant in the pic I posted came from Ted I ordered two the other a Saba maybe that is what it is.I will post a picture of the other plant from Ted that is suppose to be Saba. Thanks for the help I will be gone most the month will post some new pics of the mystery red plant and some cool lookin bermuda banana feilds. Thank you for the help

Well I sent a picture to Ted of the mystery red plant, I think It was erased from above.any way I asked him to Identify the plant I bought from him and he said it was a dwarf red.not what I ordered but still a nice plant thanks for the help on this one it is very healthy now and rapidly growing.

I'm glad you got a positive identification. I have a Dwarf Red, but mine is still so small.

Nice looking plants. The apple banana down here(MX) has alot of pink on it for some reason, now I'm thinking I better go double check to make sure that's what I have, but the fruit sure did taste like an apple banana.
