I ordered a couple Grand Nain's from a banana provider in Florida. I'm new to the banana world so I'm a bit nervous. I've put them into some small pots to let them get acclimated a bit with some miracle grow soil. I've had them in the morning sun for a week or two now and they've each grown two new leaves. I have a feeling I should plant them in the ground now. They're about a foot and a half tall. Am looking for any advice on planting them (time of day, what to put in the hole, what kind of dirt, etc). I want to plant them along the back fence to help with road noise. It's the side of the house that the sun sets on (gets the sun in the evening). I have automatic sprinklers that'd water them every other day for about 15 minutes. I need to get fertilizer, so any advice on that and how often I should fertilize them would be appreciated.
