Hi All!

To my surprise, one of my banana trees put out a nice little stalk of bananas about the first week of September. All is good so far, but .. tomorrow mornings low is about 35. Should I do nothing? How soon can you cut the stalk? Forecast is for two mornings in the 30's, then back to 50's - 60's.
