Anyone good with math?

I'm trying to make woodchuck repellent. I bought a 48 ounce container of repellent that so far is working, but it's very expensive, $25 for the 48 ounces ready to spray. So here's my problem: The ingredients say Clove Oil 7.8%, Table salt 1.20% and then inert ingredients 91%. Does someone know how much clove oil and salt that would be in teaspoons or tablespoons? Sorry, I've always been way bad with numbers...

I think this is on-topic, because it will be going on wintersown flowers!
