my neighbors yard is one big flat rock. when it rains, it heads our way flooding my driveway. i thought i could plant some grasses and flowers to stop the flow. when it rains hard it rushes over the driveway and into my back yard and i then have standing water for days.

can anyone suggest what to plant on the property line that would help stop the flow?
