My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fumigated my tubers

In all the rush of fumigating my house for termites, I left my precious tubers in the house. Most of them already had eyes, (one tuber is about 15 years old) now the eyes have dried up. Did I kill them?? I know the chemical is called Vikane (Sulfuryl Floride). Thanks for the advice
