Looks to be a clivia. Probably Clivia miniata or a miniata hybrid. Once they become established, they'll produce plenty of offshoots which can be divided and potted up separately. Clivias are also easy to grow from seed.

I don't know what plant this is. I was told it was a Paulownia, but the flower type is wrong?? It has big heart shaped leaves with white petaled clusters of flowers with yellow centers and red stamen. It is a multi-trunked tall shrub reaching two stories now.
