No advice, sounds to me like you're doing everything right. I can report that my Calopogon, grown in an outdoor bog, are up and very close to flowering. Additionally mine have never skipped a season that I am aware of. Sometimes it does take things a period of time to get used to new conditions and since they came from a lab they might be a bit out of synch and come out of dormancy late. I have had good experience with the things I've bought from plantek but I find they do need to be babied for a season or two. Hope my experiences help in some way. Good luck!

Thanks, kwoods...do you recall how long before blooming the first shoots appear? I'm not at all familiar with them in their natural habitat, so I really don't have a clue what to expect/look for.

I think they came up in late May and will flower later this week in all likelyhood.

Hola- I have Calopogons also!! I have had them for about four years! They bloom around April in my side of the USA.
They are planted in a bog of peat moss, sand, and native soil- wish is very sandy. I think that they require the fungus from their natural habitat to bloom! But I am not sure! This year I am going to repot mine into new bogs together with some of the carnivorous plants to see what happens!
