LOL! I have a very skewed perspective on bog garden plants - all carnivorous! So I'll post some pics of CP's that I have in my minibogs, which are nothing more than buckets with drainage holes toward the top and bottom. Not all the pictures are good, though!

As far as your husband is concerned, it's all in the presentation! All ya have to do is convince him that this was all his idea and that you would be incredible pleased with him.... or something to that effect.

Thanks a bunch for the pics! I actually was able to convince him, because of the carnivorous plants! He loves them! We started working on our bog this past week, and it is for the most part finished. You're very welcome. Glad the tow of you are on the same page. I don't where your interests lie, with respect to plants, but some of those plants pictured can be purchased at local nurseries / greenhouses while others can come from discussion forum people. If'n you need some plants that you can't come by through local retailers or Ebay oe whatever, just give me a hollar. I only seek recompense to cover shipping ($4.05)

Watch out for plants on Ebay. Several times they've had plants for sale from people who poached them from the wild. I stick to trades or reputable nursuries.

My seep-style Bog garden has filled in great. Now that we have digital camera again, I'll post some pictures (I smashed the last one climbing in Alaska)

Thank you for sharing the pictures! I recognize the pitcher plant as S. purpurea. That is the same species whose pics are in the second and 8th photo.
