This looks like a Hiemalis (Reiger/Rieger) begonia which are typically treated as annuals but there are many people who can grow these as perennials.

If your soil is wet then I'd back off and let it dry some. Cut the edges of any ugly leaves. If the leaf is old just remove the entire leaf (it will encourage new growth). Same thing for the blooms. Once they start aging it is time to deadhead them.

I think it might be overwatered or the pot is too large ( can not see from the picture) or too hot. I lost one due to overwatering.

These types of begonias have short lives, and yes, used as annuals. They detest wet feet.
