Overwintered a Dragonwing -now what!!!

Overwintered this dragonwing in the house in it's original 12" basket.Took some cuttings that started off in Feb or March.Just took some more the other day.Now what do I do with the old plant?Put in a larger container?.Cut it back more?Wash the old soil off and repot it in totally new soil?Will it fill out again nicely for this summer? I'm going to post pic of the old plant and the growth on the cuttings from it that I have in another 12" basket.Disregard the petunias I stuck around the old plant-I had just put new soil around the old rootball and stuck the petunias in thinking it might all just grow again then thought better ask about this!!!

The older plant could go into a pot rather than hanging basket. It can get kinda tall.
