I summer sowed in the bottom half of milk jugs purple coneflowers and white conflowers - so a total of 3: one is purple and the other two are white.

The purple germinated already; it's been about a week or two.

The white has nothing. So I'm wondering if I should throw the whole thing in a ziplock and put in the fridge for two weeks and then take it back out.
