Enviromental Horticulture Associate Degree..

I have always been interested in working in this field. I was wondering if an Associate of Science is good enough to get a decent paying job. Places I am interested in working are, Nurseriesm Greenhouses, Zoos, Parks, Botanical Gardens.

Is it worth it to go after the Assocaite of Science or a Bacehlor's better?

Start there and see, while making certain that most/all of the class credits are transferable to 4-year olleges/universities.

You can always add more classes latter.

Hi Tropicalfreak,

In the back of some of the trade publications you'll see ads for a lot of jobs like grower or head grower that require an associate degree and ususlly some years of experience.
