Looks like an oldie but goodie. Try Corallina de Lucerna (Lucerna for short). I've had this begonia for 38 years. It was given to my wife as a passalong plant. Always knew it as Angel Wing until ten years or so ago when I learned its real name.

Thanks for the input. My neighbor who gave me this plant is elderly, so it's an extremely likely suggestion and seems to match the info & images I searched. I thought it was really big already but apparently it can get much taller.
