I would say this is a Vriesea, and I was going to say Vr. Pinkert but I don't think Pinkert nor (Vr. Astrid for that matter) have as much white on the inflorescence.

Aw well, I don't grow many Vrieseas and I've never seen this one as I don't know of it in my area, but I did get it right, I said it was a Vriesea.
