Is this a Rex Begonia?

I was given this plant this morning. I was thinking maybe a Rex. But would like to find out for sure. The lady I got it from had no ideal what it was.
What would be a good soil to plant it in? It looks kind of leggy right now. Would a 6 inch hanging basket be okay?

Not a rex begonia but it is a rhizomatous begonia. Looks like 'Immense' or 'Ricinifolia' which these two names may be synonymous or interchanged but it is hard to find any history on the names.
