Pruning dragon wing begonias

LOML bought a potted dragon wing that is in a 12" pot. The first year it flowered several times. We brought it inside for the winter, but did not prune it. It was placed in an east facing window(the house has no south facing).

This summer, it seemed healthy(almost doubling the number of stems(canes?)but never flowered. The leaves also were mainly at the ends of the stems.

I used Daniels plant fertilizer(10-4-3) about once a month in the spring and once during the summer.

Do I need to prune it back this fall?
