It could be 'Rhinestone Jeans'.

I think it is B. 'Kit Kat.' I held the plant up to photos of all three.

BTW, what determines single or double quotes and where they go? I remember reading somewhere.

when you use single quotes, you're indicating that the name enclosed is a registered cultivar. for instance, Begonia 'Kit Kat.' i use double quotations when i'm referring to a common name..."eyelash" begonias or "bullseye" begonia. i'm not sure if that's the extent of the rule, but that's how i do it.
