Plants growing on top of leaf

I started some leaf cuttings awhile back, and recently noticed that there are plants growing on top of the parent leaf! Will they survive? That part of the parent leaf is not touching any soil. It has already produced a young plant normally, I was just wondering what to do with the ones on the leaf, and if this happens often.

That's called adventitious growth and B. hispida is famous for this behavior. You can start new plants with this type of growth but I'd have the leaf touching the soil so the little plantlets could put roots down.

Thanks! This one's called 'Nonsense', I wonder if it's related to B. hispida?
