My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I have a large collection of stapeliads I am willing to trade cuttings. Almost all are named some rarer stuff originally from mesa garde and shoal creek. Any interest. I am mostly interested in trading these for stapeliads.
What do you have to trade? I need huernias and orbeas and stapelias so badly. But like me..you have none listed in your plant trade list. I need to update mine to. But , what do you have that you can trade?
