My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: pereski type cutting

I have a plant similiar to a pereskia willing to trade if someone wants to help identify it. Almost identical to P grandiflora and godsefiana but the leaves are persistant and succullent 5 noticably larger thorns. tall growing but still has not flowered for me.
