My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I know this is somewhat horrible but I hate the aloe plant I have. It is growing awkwardly and just want a different type. Does anyone want to trade? Aloe for aloe? Or if you have something else of interest? Let me know :))
