My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

IOU's

Hey, Linda, Jill, Tally, Eloise, Marian, and a few others- we are getting above freezing at night, so I plan to finally send out all packets of seeds and packages of brugs on Monday. No more brug seedpods have ripened :-( ....... well, I was hoping!

I live in NE Georgia, and I need y'all to check your weather for mid to late next week and see if it will be safe for me to send to you. Let me know here on this thread or you can email me!

Well, off to the office- the madness has begun but as usual, slow at the beginning. A good time for me to take care of getting packages out! Today the first efiles go out- with our new software, hope we are up and running with no problems!

Have a great day!

Hugs, Brenda
