Wow you have a lot of pods and they are huge! What in the world are you going to do with all of the seeds? I am already overwhelmed with the few crosses I bought and theres only 10 or so seeds of most. You are going to have a ton of seeds with all those huge pods! Congrats.

Theresa

Nice pods!! I just love that Hawaiian Bell Vine! Beautiful!!
thanks for sharing your pix! :)

Holy Cow. Those are some big peppers. Are you planing on eating them? Are they really hot. Just kidding. I figured I might as well be the one to play Dumb. LOL That is really cool. I have not gotten a seed pod yet... I keep knocking them off when they are babies...Dang it.

I was looking for a recipe, lol. I love those things. Thats some big ole pods you got there, lol. John got excited when he saw your vine. He said I know what that one is! Now I have to look it up for him, lol.

WOW!!! They do look like peppers Lenette, and tons of them! The Hawaiian Bell Vine is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

Lenette you knocked me off the chair with those giant seedpods! I lost my TWO I had growing to the frost. grrr I betcha you can not even count how many you got lol

That is just GREAT! I can not wait to hear how many seeds are in those s...ers lol

Lucy

Thanks. The Hawaiian bell vine is super easy to grow and will try to take over everything. The leaves are sort of pungent smelling and the flower doesn't really have a smell but they are pretty enough to make up for it. They seem to root easily from cuttings, so if mine grows as much this spring as it did last, I will have plenty to trade!

These are just a few of the large nearly mature pods. They seem like they get bigger each day. There was over 200 pods out there the last time I counted but most aren't that big yet lol. It varies how many seeds are in the diff pods. I had a few last year that had over 200 seeds in them and one that only had 2 but that pod was very small.

Did you grow out those TWO seeds?

Lucy

Yep, one is making it, one didn't LOL!
