Love this. I retrofitted a bath in a similar way with the huge shower head about 17" from the wall,. I want to use a single panel of glass like this but am concerned about how wide the open area needs to be. 36" of glass like you have would give me on;y 18" of clearance which seems too little. I was thinking a 30" piece would work...but still would 24 inches of opening be ok? thanks!
