It's a bit hard to tell the size from your pic, but your first one is either Neo. 'Clarise' or Neo. 'The Governer's Plea' (cultivars of Neo. 'Hannibal Lector')...though my best guess would be Neo. 'Norman Bates' looking at the wider leaf tips it has. One would have to see it and see how old it was to be sure.

The second one is much harder to tell sorry. Neo's 'Beefsteak' or 'Harlequin' could be possibilities, but they don't quite look right to me. You might have to just leave that one tagged 'Neo. Hybrid' sorry, unless anyone in your area can positively ID it ?
