You can mix the pollens if you'd like..You will have to wait until your creations bloom though to see which one it was that was the father. If the pollen doners are considerably different you should be able to tell but if your seedling takes after the pod parent (mother) then you may not be able to tell. And, I do think it's possible for both pollens to take also.

I have mixed pollens on occasion; one time I was down to only one papilio flower to work with so I mixed 5! When the first one bloomed it was determined by the good folks on this forum that it was Exotic Star. Now, I have other seedlings coming along from this same cross so it is possible that one of the others is a father too..time will tell...
It never hurts to try anything even it the plants are of a different ploidy you might get a few good seeds.

Only one pollen particle will fertilize one ovum so each seed will only have 1 father, but the seeds in the pod could be a mix of seeds fathered by either pollen donor. If you plant all the seeds from the pod and both pollens are viable, then you should get all sorts of wonderful results.

Siblings from the same pod pollinated by same father will give you UN imaginable results (genetic mixing and throw back).
