Hello Mjekat,
Yes, I designed it. It is 28' wide x 28' long x 14' tall. It is one of the nicer living rooms that I have designed. Thanks for the kind words.

Hi Charles I love this room. love the separation between the kitchen and the step down family room and the windows are fantastic. We are in the process of working out our plan to start building soon and I have been looking for the perfect room. I found it!! Im in Australia so if their wasn't such a distance I would have also found my architect!!! Wonderful work. Sigi
