My orlandiana cultivars have always had good pollen. I even have some pollen from a couple plants in the freezer. Try freezing some anthers overnight and see if the pollen comes loose the next day.

Hi Tomas ,this can happen to a lot of Broms,its mostly cultural / climatic if the temp's are cold at the moment try keeping plant a bit warmer , Orlandiana is not a cold grower so the flowers are not geared up for it either,( even though the plant will grow in cool conditions )and remember ,nature is not perfect , and what happens in cultivation is far from perfect,can't say much else mate ,
