My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Heather,
Its an amazing luxury vinyl tile called Centiva! We sell the product here at Metric Design Centre www.metricdesign.ca
The tile that is in our clients home here is Victory Magics- Smokey Quartz. It has a rich metallic look with beautiful flecks of color and a pearly sheen. Here is the link http://centiva.com/centiva-flooring/magics-mg-8028-v-smokey-quartz/ They offer many other finishes, colors and looks! We can ship the product anywhere so have a look at the website and let me know if you would like more pricing or information.
