I am a new member and am a serious bromeliad grower. I grow tons of dyckias and hechtias. I've done a few dyckia hybrids. I have a hechtia marnier-lapostole that has bloomed and every flower has a seed pod. I was under the impression that hechtia plants are male or female. If this is the case than I must have a female plant and I have bigeneric seeds or do I have f2 seeds?
