My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Nice bloom. what I do after the bloom is finished. I take a string and tie around the dead bloom and suspend it and two or three pups will come out around the mother and make a nice clump.
It should offset no matter what you do with it, I would just keep doing the same thing you've been doing. It obviously likes it if it bloomed for you, changing it now could give you less offsets. I always stop fertilizing when I see a tillandsia start blooming to get the most colour and start when its done blooming so I can get the most offsets.
