Is there such a brom?

I know someone on another forum who asked this question, so I figured I'd post here to see if anyone had any ideas.

They have a spot in their garden where they'd ideally like to have a BIG, (1m/3feet wide) brom that's RED, (not just during flowering, but all the time), which will keep its colour even though it'd be in a fairly shady spot. They have an Alcantarea, but that needs too much sun for this spot.

I think they'd probably prefer something Neo-ish, (I suggested that they might have a little clump of something if there's not an individual plant that'd be big enough to fill the space), but any suggestions would be good.

Any ideas?
