My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Momstar..I hope this isn't a duplicate message from me. I thought I sent you one earlier but can't locate it, so if I have sent a duplicate..I'm very sorry. You sent in Gaillardia to the wintersowing swap and I was the lucky winner and the seeds look so nice and healthy. What variety are they? There is nothing on the label except Gaillardia and your username and 2010. Could you please email me in reference to this?
