Hello,

I grow an Opuntia that is as large as opuntia ficus indica but seems very hardy. I've got winter temperatures to -5 with no problems at all. Everywhere it sets lots of flowers and it fruits.

Do you know what variety of Opuntia it is?

Fruit is edible but not as sweet as the prickly pears I buy at the store. maybe it needs hotter climate than mine, but never knew I can grow this attractive cactus in my front yard.
